Accounting Reports and Advice

One of the most important requirements from an accounting system is the reports it provides for managing your business. There is a difference between financial reporting for outside users, like banks and bonding agencies, and the reports you use internally. The outside reports must always include the four basic financial statements;

  • Statement of Income and Expenses (P&L)
  • Balance Sheet
  • Statement of Cash Flows
  • Statement of Retained Earnings or Owners Equity

If reports are only to be used internally, for management purposes, the format and subject matter can be whatever you find useful. We can help identify your key indicators for success and design relevant reports. We also help you with configuration of your accounting and reporting processes to help ensure the outcomes are appropriate, timely and accurate.
