AUDIT and REVIEW SERVICES

We provide attestation services as required by you, your investors, banks and other regulatory organizations. Depending on your requirements such engagements include:

• Audit: This includes the testing of internal controls with assurance given that your financial statements fairly represent results of operations.
• Reviews with disclosure: Your statements and accounts are reviewed to provide assurance that information is properly classified in accordance with your chosen basis of accounting. This generally will not include a testing of internal controls or transactions, but does include a full set of footnotes to describe the accounting methods used
• Compilation with disclosure: Your statements are presented with explanatory footnotes.
• Compilation without disclosure: Your statements are presented without footnotes.
